Tata Docomo — Deduction of charges and not proper response 2 week with same complete

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Rohit and mobile no is [protected] of TATA DOCOMO.
I am flabbergast at such miserable customer care representatives being appointed for such big name as TATA's. I am a customer of TATA DOCOMO since last 5 year.
I am facing balance deduction issue from last 3 month and not getting any proper response approximately >500rs is deducted from my balance, each morning 5 rs is deducted. The company somehow activated the "DIVE-IN" service. I tried to unsubscribe the same by dialling deacivation portal in the no 155223 but it says no pack is activated.When i call to customer care they say a divin service is active and renewal and say we not give u refund just deactivate that service and again this was not happen but today complete 3 month and daily deduct 5 rupees and not getting any proper answer.
I made atleast 20times to the customer care to cancel but not get any success for customer care representatives were least bothered to help.
Each time customer care say to wait for 4 hour. Some time there refund balance of rs 5 and then again deduct.
I also try to contact any Supervisors but the customer care persons say all seniors are busy at that time, please update me on this.
I need quick action.

I have call and register completes several time, today also done the same thing and they say we can't able to stop this service.

Hi!5 — Deducting charges without any usage of service.

I have activated the New plan of Hi15 on 2nd of october2009, since then daily they are deducting Rs.4/- since that day for STD pack which i never activated or never used the STD pack.
Without any confirmation they are deducting the amount. I have complained it to customer care but the service is pathetic and third class. There is no service at all, they are just bluffing people, i have registered 2 complaints, the complaint number are[protected] &[protected]. they Just hang on the call and lastly the call is lot. I have requested for the fund that is deducted without any usage and for deactivating the STD pack that i never activated.

I have lost lot of amount on this service and looks like not have any chance of stop deduction, i have calculate 600 rs is deducted from my balance.
This is my last complaint because i have already post lots of complaint without any solution, i am going to switch my network, because my amount is not refundable and not want to lost more amount on this. Some time my amount goes to negative.

Finally the service is deactivated now not any 5 RS is deducted but a new service Is active now.
Now a new service is active and 99 rs is deducted.
SMS :

1) You have cancelled your subscription to All at 1 on 3G LIFE WAP. Thank you for using our service .
2) downloading ValuepackBlushing Imagery on 3G LIFE WAP Service.You've been charged Rs 99.0/-Your Balance is Rs.59.401 at[protected]:21 PM.

Why customer care always say " we can not deactivate this DIV-IN service from Div in service portal. And not any refund., "

What is this this is wrong I don't active any this type o[censored]N usable service. Please deactivate and refund me my amount and promise never this happens again. I am out of the station and only have this number last service is take 3 months to deactivate without refund.

On my number still auto DIV-IN services are activated currently 2 service is active, why all these things happen.
Please fix this issues, Why you deducting 30 or 59 rs. This is now a serious issue.

Please i need a quick response, i want to talk some customer executive.

Please also check my last complaints.
