With reference to the above subject i wish to bring to your kind attention that i have given letter for cancellation at you T.Nagar offce on[protected]. Subsequently one of your executive (His Mobile no.[protected]) called requested to continue the phone connection. But i refused and informed that the instrument was not working properly. Than he committed that he will replace with new instrument free of cost. After few days one of your executive came and collected the instrument.Till now nobody has turned up. Now request you to cancell the connection and return back my deposit.
