Tata Docomo — docomo cut my balance for no reason

today I got message from docomo saying Hi!You have downloaded MusicValuePack at Rs10.79/-Non-renewable.Balance is Rs1.00 at[protected]:51PM.
I did not activate any pack or sent any sms. docomo duducting maney in a fraud way.
