About tata docomo website
the website of tata DoCoMo is not updated since from last 1 year.
when i was doing a recharge of Rs. 200 from their website then i have seen a plan of Rs.200 which will give me the benefit of Rs.200 acc. to their site.
But i was facing a problem of Debit Card..
they are asking me about CVC no. which is not required for SBI maestro cards.
so i recharged from other website.
But the plan i was received was Only 320 mins and 10 mb 3g internet for 1 mnth.
i had contacted their Customer Care Ex. But He Refused and told me that That is my job to check the plan before Recharge.
But they always promote that pls recharge on-line.
then what i can do now...?????

I am kaushik joshi from gujrat - vadodara . my complaint is for g.e.b . my customer no:[protected]/0 i often give application for fault in address. but they don't change my address properly yet pls take an action .

The TATA DOCOMO network is so worst at home even if i keep my mobile at window...many times the n/w gone and after suddenly whn it come back 1 msg comes from no 52555 that you have 14 missed calls i[censored] want to knw pls msg us Rs 1/sms.
What is the use i[censored] doesn't provide a proper service? why should we pay for ur fault????.
another Height is Customer Care doesn't listen whn i told them wht d problem i'm facing...
they disconnect my calls...
