[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Embarrasing call from Consumer Court | |||
I have received a call from the number [protected] saying that there was a case filed against me. Why is that, I had a tata docomo post paid connection which was horrible and was totally disappointing for which i have used for almost 2 or 3 months which I have paid the bills. I haven't received the bills for almost 2 months and I was asked to pay the bill where as I couldn't use it properly and also I had a discussion with the technical team as well. They promised me that it was technical problem and will get that resolved. I have taken a group connection for 4 numbers out of which 2 were closed and even after that i was asked to pay rentals which i had paid. The other 2 numbers were closed after the bad service that I have received. I had free calls to the other 3 numbers which were in the group but i was charged for each call and message. I was pulled from pillar to posts to resolve this which never got resolved and now I have to pay the bill. I would do that and If the case is really filed against me I would sue the Tata Docomo people for being back of me for just 1000/- rs. I know the high court judge and will see what happens. Thanks for your valuable advice and I would do that if it will resolve my problem. But that doesn't work practically because I have noticed in the reviews that this happened to many people. This is totally humiliating the citizens for asking money to pay by not providing the service which we would expect and they are not even bothered to resolve the problems that many customers are facing.
My contact address details were wrongly updated in their database and did not send the bills to the right address which i have requested them to change after this issue. But even after that they didn't update the actual address and again sent the paperwork of the bills to the unknown address.
Could you please suggest what could be done for this.
