[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Fake Call me tunes activation thru OBD channels

Dear Sir , I have got a message on 23 sep 2013 saying my Call me tunes service has been activated and song is downloaded and 40 rs is deducted (30 for call me tunes and 10 for song download) , Where as i never activated and downloaded the songs . I got this message after recharging for 50 rs . When i called customer care they said they cant help since i have deactivated the service . Message that i got says "call me tunes has been activated with rs 30 .To stop dial 155223" so i called and deactivated the service . But my money didnt credited back . We fought with the customer care for 1 hr bt of no use . they said they cant help us since the service is deactivated and they don't have data in database .I called them within 10 min after reciving message They have data for uncessarily activating the services but they don't have data for refund . Do you not think this sounds silly . RefId is : 10382466
