Tata Docomo — Faulty deduction /Deceitful assurances | |||
Dear sir, This is unbelievable. I made a complaint for faulty deduction on 30th of June on this forum and next day I received an deceitful assurance from TATA Docomo Customer care that my issue will be resolved soon. these docomo people are big cheats and liars i am urging all the cheated customers to start a hate club against these people they have also deducted 91 rs from my account. Why don't we all start writing against these tata docomo people and urge people to move out of their network. first step u can take brother is get all the tata docomo connections in ur house get cancelled...

Tata Docomo — Faulty Deduction of Money
My phone number is [protected]. A few days back, I recieved a message at night from 52250, stating 'Thanks for downloading Valuepack : Bollywood_Sweeties_30. You've been charged Rs. 30.0/-.'The problem is, I never downloaded anything like stated. Moreover, I never use such packs or never download anything using Dive-In. Upon contacting Customer Care, I get the obvious reply, "No, it has been activated from your side." Upon stating the incident, the call was hung up. The rudest Customer Care Service, I must admire. I called up again, and another lady picked up. After a long fuss, she tells me to call up again after an hour, stating the reason "The complaint registration is not working". I don't think that's any of my problem. And never do they accept their fault, and continue looting customers. I request Docomo to PLEASE refund my money, and stop cheating it's customers this way. Otherwise, the impact is going to be upon them only.
