I believe above post has been made on behalf OF TATA DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE .Thanks for the response. As I am positing my response 9 hours and 36 mins have gone by and I haven't received any balance in my account whatsoever.
Could you please let me know if you have any time frame to resolve my issue.

Dear Sir,
I have made a complaint on 30th of June regarding faulty deduction of balance by TATA Docomo on 30th June. Next day my complaint was commented by TATA Docomo Customer Care in that an assurance was made that my issue will be resolved soon. See labove
Five days has gone past and I haven't received any amount in my account . Not sure how many guys have received there balance back in there account.

As per our discussion over the call, we would like to inform you that as per our records, your balance of Rs. 65.92/- have been deducted for Holly Bolly event while browsing internet and we are unable to provide refund for the same.
