Tata Docomo — GPRS RECHARGE not applicable | |||
I am purchased tata docomo sim in the month of March and since then i am trying to recharge my number for GPRS but everytime it says this recharge is not applicable. so yesterday i had launched a complaint with the customer care ( which is useless & clueless ) about the problem and they had promised that this matter has been escalated to the back end team and it will be resolved within 24 hrs. but for now its been more then 24 hours and i see there is nothing done from the side of Docomo customer care and i had even requested her to provide me with the reference number for future communication but she resist to give the complaint number but instead promises to provide the solution to my problem...which is still not answered .... so i just want to request if at all anyone hearing from docomo to please resolve this problem as soon as possible ... will be greatful to you people ... keep up the good work ..... Tata Docomo — GPRS Recharge Issue
I had recharged for a 48 rs GPRS package on August 13, 2011 that must have a validity of 30 days(This information is was captured from 52270, which is a toll free number for Tata Docomo, and was available till August 14, 2011 at 52270).Now I am being told by the Tata Docomo's customer care executive that this package has a validity of only 21 days.
I have tried to lodge a complaint but I am not able to get through the customer care number for some unknown reason.
