Tata Docomo GSM — daily deducting rs 5-10 without my permission. Also they dont tell for what service they are deducting.

daily deducting Rs 5 without my permision. Even they are not giving any positive response while calling customer care. They ask to dial some numbers to stop any service 155223 but i am not getting any support on that also... They are deducting rs 5 daily from past 1 month and i am not able to stop this.what can i do now. Do i swap to another company sim card or what.
