I have converted my Tata Docomo number from Prepaid to Postpaid somewhere in October'12, since then I am getting charges of download various VAS which I have never downloaded. Then I come across a few apps in which I get ads of 'Dive In' by Docomo, which says 'Charges Apply on Click'. In a touch screen mobile it is possible that you may click the ad, but if you click you have to bear the charges, that is all in all pathetic, why there is no two way confirmation? Even the Third Party ads which are free take a two way confirmation then why can't DOCOMO? This problem is persistent only while I use Docomo network & while I use others they don't push in such ads. People have to pay Rs. 99/- as charges for watching a video on their pathetic 2G services. When asked for a waiver they said that since you have a waiver in your previous bills we can't give the waiver. I suppose they are making up for the rentals they are paying to 'LOOP MOBILE' & 'AIRCEL', as the Docomo doesn't has its own network in Mumbai at least.

My no.[protected], I take 1 GSM connection on 17 july 2009, I submitted my application two times, without verfication they activated the sim card and gave me and I use 3 weeks and said your area is negative, There is no welcome call at also, without inform me they bar outgoing and incoming, even i not received 1st month bill also, I face these type of problems, Dear cusotmer Don't Trust Tata Docomo GSM services. they no response in call centre.by
