[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Harassing the customer for payment

When I had taken the postpaid plan initially I was paying the bill on time and very regularly.
But the billing guys always used to add extra payment as late charges and used to send me the bill in spite of me paying it on time.
I got this corrected and paid my bill after the amount was corrected. This happened twice.
This happened in the next month even and I had to tell them every time to correct my bill and send.
I was fed up with the service and you can check this in your a/c even.

I had this details with me in my a/c but I guess you people have deactivated my a/c and I’m unable to send you the a/c details as of now.
Once I find them I’ll share it with you.

After that I have raised the request and asked them to send me the corrected bill and close my account.
I tried to explain the callers who were pestering me from your department. They are not even interested in hearing me out.
They simply go on asking for bill payment and then they disconnect the call. This never got resolved.
Every time there would be a new executive taking this up and never gave a prompt reply and they kept on adding the amount to my bill as late charges in spite of me not using the services.
The amount I need to pay is 780 /- and I already said that if you correct the bill and send me I’m ready to pay the amount of 780 but not the amount for which I never used the services for.
This is a case of simply harassing the customer for payment when I am not using your service.
I don't understand why I should pay for the thing when I already asked to disconnect the services.

Just for your information & reference in case you need………..you can check how promptly I pay the other services bill which I use, always before the due date.
I never paid any late charges.
When I have no outstanding payments in other services why would I not pay the amount for the services I used with Tata if the service was good.

I’m and was always ok to pay the sum of 780 /- as I used the services for that month. But over and above 780 was the amount added by Tata services for their mistake of wrong bill.

Hi,
This issue is not yet closed and the telecom company has again started harassing me. I'm continuously getting calls to pay Rs.4500.
I have already agreed to pay the bill amount but no one from tata has approached to collect the amount inspite of asking them to send an executive when they called or provide me a link to pay thru netbanking.
Kindly close this issue or I will consider it closed if the telecom does not respond until 20th November 2014.
