Tata Docomo — Ta-huwwap & ta-intwap fake message deduction of balance in tata docomo | |||
I want to say that a service named hollywoodsizzlers & subwaphwsizzlers on tata docomo dive-in wap has been activated on my mobile without my acknowledgment and without my permission on jan 2012 I received a message on my mobile from ta-huwwap & ta-intwap, hi! you have subscribed to hollywoodsizzlers on tata docomo dive-in wap at rs 10.0/- . Hi! you have subscribed to subwaphwsizzlers on tata docomo dive-in wap at rs.10 till 27.01.12. To stop, dial 155223 (free) but I have not subscribed these service at all.It was from no where I got this message and my balance was gone,I tries to call tata docomo regarding this but they are not helping at all.I request to deactivate this service immediately and refund my balance.And the customer not response well and from 1 week my customer care is also comes regularly busy on my no. If I try with other no. They pick call but not answer properly and regularly the service renewed automatically without my permission I tried to unsubscribe the service from net but there is no option for this service so I cant able to do that I need my all balance back from the company...........plz help during this issue Was this information helpful? | |||

Tata Docomo — Net Wap activated without my consent, and permission
My Number is [protected] Netwap service has been activated of its own on my mobile no.They are deducting daily 1rs. Daily for this.I have been trying a lot since 01 month to deactivate this service but no result till date.I had called to 15523 to deactivate this service but the computer is saying there is no activated service in my mobile.
Again I dialed *191# to deactivate this netwap but it is displaying there is no active service on my phone.
I called to customer care(121) for help but still no response no result.Please deactivate this useless service & refund my lost money.Many customers are suffering with same problem but till now no help from the tata docomo.
