We tried to speak to you personally to understand your concerns regarding the GPRS issue. However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was switched off.
Hence, we would like to inform you that as per our records we found that the benefits of Rs. 31/- data pack has been lapsed due to the recharge of Rs. 5/-.
Further, we would like to inform you that once recharge is done the lapsed benefits will not be credited back.
