[Resolved] Tata Docomo — I experienced Docomo unlimited 899 is not a unlimited plan as there is a credit limit of 1700 RS | |||
Hi , I had applied for 899 plan + 2GB Pack and activated on July 4th . But i got a bill for 2586 on 16 July ( including 1600 RS for 50MB download ,But i have 2GB pack with my bill , in my customer application form there i selected for 2GB pack ) . Now it is in outgoing and incoming barred state . Because the credit limit RS 1724 crossed . Two months i have raised around 15 complaints .No officers having reply to their mistakes . No proper response from their [protected]@tatadocomo.com and appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com. Credit limit is 1724 RS . Since there is a credit limit for 899 plan . I can say its not a UNLIMITED PLAN . We can use up to 1724 unbilled amount . when we pay next month bill of 1110 something (including tax ) they will activate next slot of the next month .
