Tata Docomo — illegal cost charges
dear sir/madam,i rakesh sahu a customer of tatadocomo cell no. [protected] has been charged rs.17 with the reson that downloading of game by 3g wap services using dive in, but i didn't use that.
sir, i got free data use of 100 mb and when i start using company deduct 17 Rs. But i only used less then 1 mb
i severely contect to customer care then 1st person said that there having system problem, and said that i contect after 1hr.
After that another one transfer my call to senior one
then he gave me nodal officer's no[protected] but he not reciev my call. After that i again call to customer care there also my call has been transfer to again there seniors but my problem doesnot ractifying.
There having also several time illigal cost deduction by saying that activtion of love tips ....
Sir please take right action to ractify my problem.
