Tata Docomo — IMPROPER SERVICE
TATA DOCOMO IS REALLY SAD.MY DOCKET NUMBER[protected] IS STILL UNSOLVED WHICH WAS REGISTERED ON 30TH AUGUST.
AND SUDDENLY TODAY MORNING IE 13TH SEPTEMBER 2011 THEY STOPPED MY OUTGOING SERVICE FOR THE REASON O[censored]NDELIVERED BILL WHEN I HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED THE BILL. AND I HAVE 1 MORE DOCKET NUMBER TO TAKE CARE OF. THESE NUMBER ARE JUS INCREASING AND THE CC ARE INEFFICIENT TO TAKE PROPER ACTIONS.
THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM AND CC ARE NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY.

This is to inform you that the service provided by your customer service agent is seviourly poor and does not give a proper information to the complain .
As we people have to wait all the way for hours .Today i have spoke to Yamuna more your customer agent and she did not respond me in a good manner and put my
call on hold for a long time after when i told to connect it their supervisor when the call was retreived some other guy picked it up and just disconnected it . I am really
bad to say about the customer service provided by your agents and request you to please deactivate my existing plan which has been activated by your end and kindly
request you to return my refund to my account.
Hope so you would do the needfull as per my covenience.

Docomo — improper service
i am retailer of docomo(kathuria comm,anardana chowk,patiala) there is no proper service here,coz the activated connections r again deactivated and the connections are reactivatedafter monuths we had talked about this to seniors of docomo but even they ignore all this.almost all of the retailers in patiala are facing this problem so kindly please check out this matter.even u can all me for full details about this matter my cell no.[protected],[protected] i would req u if possible please change the distributer as he is unable to give proper service.i would even req to please send some seniors to patiala so that they could survey the conditions.thaks
