[Resolved] Tata Docomo — inappropriate balance deduction | |||
I am the very old customer of TATA DOCOMO and using its services with two numbers that are as follows: [protected] and [protected]. When i started using 3G internet services, many times the company TATA DOCOMO has deducted my balance. Last time i recharged with 250 rs voucher in which company says that it will provide 250 rs talktime and 1 GB 3g data and 2g unlimited data for one month, of which i have got only 222 rs balance and after 1 week under the perod of voucher the company TATA DOCOMO has deducted my full balance in my main account that is 221 rs and also the internet service has stopped. when this happened i called to the customer service of the company TATA DOCOMO the executive said to me that "the company systems are not updated yet so we can not provide you information so call after 4 hours". The date and time of calling and stopage of the service is 22 JULY 2013 at 1:15AM. So, I want to ask and claim the company for this issue and its a very big issue for me and I also want to ask the company TATA DOCOMO that i am a common man and 250 rs and also many recharge vouchers which the company has deducted and that are not very small amount for me and my work which i have lost today only because of the TATA DOCOMO company, so the company TATA DOCOMO has to pay all the my lost money and the lost business amount and the value of my time. I RECEIVED THAT SMS BALANCE OF 25 SMS.THEY HAVE NOT IMFORMED ABOUT THE SMS BALANCE. (NOW ONLY I CHECKED THE SMS BALANCE AFTER SEEING YOUR REPLY TODAY ). BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE THAT BALANCE OF Rs. 25 IN MY ACCOUNT TODAY. TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THAT BALANCE. THEY ARE TELLING LIES THAT THEY HAVE CREDITED. SO PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO REFUND MY BALANCE THAT THEY HAVE DEDUCTED.

BUT RECENTLY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM JOKES.I JUST DISCONNECTED THE CALL.BUT FOR DISCONNECTING THE CALL I WAS CHARGED Rs.25 FROM MY MOBILE.THEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE.THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL REFUND THE MONEY IN ONE HOUR. BUT THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY BACK. THE NEXT DAY I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE. BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY ALREADY REFUNDED THE MONEY.BUT I HAVE NOT RECEVIED YET. i have been recharge rs 50 to no [protected] but i got only 11rs. if i asked with costumer care but they disconnected my call Is there a forum to bring them in line?

The company had called me yesterday in evening and said to me that "all the charges deducted are correct and its your mistake"
but the reasons told by the company were totally hidden to me and every one, so now also i want my deducted balance and 250 rs recharge voucher back from the company TATA DOCOMO at my number [protected].

Sir i am the customer of tata docomo my mobile no is [protected] the company deduce my account balance many time without notice or any reason or today they deduct 140rs from balance. when we call back to customer care they never give us such response most of say system not working. Now what is our fault tat i' using them services. So please help me out they doing like dadagiri. i want my balance back.
