Tata Docomo — Incorrect Plan activation | |||
Hi, I am POST paid customer of TATA DOCOMO. I was using 2G Plans from DOCOMO. 6GB/99 Rs per month plan. In January 2013 first week i informed the customer care that i want to use 3G plan “also along with existing 2G Plan”. During the call to customer care (121), i informed Tata DoCoMo representative many times to continue my old plan. (2G plan) and also activate new 3G plan (1GB/200Rs) per month. But the Tata DoCoMo representative cancelled my 2G plan without informing me during entire call. (Even though I have informed many times to continue 2G plans during the call) When I received bill I received huge bill for 2G usage. I have registered the complaint to Tata DoCoMo for this. (Complaint No[protected] The Tata Docomo representative called me and informed me that even though I have requested for both plans to be activated they have cancelled 2G Plan. And they have done nothing wrong in this and I need to pay entire bill. This is very strange they informed me that they listed to the conversion between me and there agent and they also informed me that I had requested to continue both the plans. (Call on Sunday 17/02/2013) But still I am at fault and I need to pay the money….. Sr. People at Tata Docomo -> Please check this issue seriously.
