[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Internet Connection Problem with Tata Docomo

Hi Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that I was facing issue with Tata Docomo Internet Service regarding which I have called up their customer care in month of june (around 6th June 2013) and registered my complaint.That issue was closed within two days without resolution and without informing me.When I followed up with customer care regarding my complaint they kept saying that you have already a complaint open under the false assurance that it is problem with your phone connection.I checked with BSNL and they said that everything is fine at their end.No one from Tata Docomo actioned my complaint even after repeated calls to customer care.I withheld the payment for month of June because I was not getting any service at my premise and these people gave false assurance that issue has been resolved and asked my to pay the bill so service can be tested.I did so but service was still not resolved.Finally I was provided an email id by their customer care and was asked to drop an email to register new complaint in July and finally the issue was resolved after one month on 6th July 2013.Now when I have requested to waiver for 1 month amound along with late payment charges,I was first told that 1st complaint registered in 6th June was resolved & closed on 8th June and hence you can not get waiver for entire month.On escalating the matter,now I am being told that there was no complaint made on 6th June 2013.I would like to bring this matter to your notice for resolution.

TATA — Internet connection

Respected inspector,
We are an offshore based IT company hexapartners in bopal and we have been cheated by Tata. They took 6000 Rs advance from us and they are not proving internet on regular basis.
They installed modem an all but it never works
Every day i have to call customer service and they give me 6 hours for solving problem, But this is on daily basis, So i am very annoyed by Tata company
Please do the need full, because our business depends on internet.
We have no escape as we have paid and they are denying to refund.
Internet Downtime cost me Rs 23000/hour.

i called costumer care of tata docomo 4 time i talk to agent who was talking in bad manner with me behaving like my boss. then he put me on hold for 15 minutes again came with no solution so kindly request you to take action against them

I have provided the details on online chat on the link provided above and have had telephonic discussion with one of your customer care executive and have been assured that this has been escalated to senior management but haven't received any confirmation yet on adjustment.
Further to the complaint above I would like to add the further happenings after constant follow up with Customer Care on this issue:

I was assured that my request has been forwarded to senior management and will be properly evaluated.But after few days when I called to check the status the customer care representative is repeating the same story.The complaint made in month of June has been either deleted or not being disclosed and now as they would be required to adjust 1 month charges.Further to that my connection has been suspended on 25th July without even informing me or sending any reminders as I have refused to make the payment until this issue is addressed.
I have mailed number of times informing the same that I will not be making any further payment as they have suspended my connection without informing me and my day to day work was hampered and I had to face inconvenience for about more than month because of this.

I have now opted for new service provider and have clearly mentioned that I will NOT be making any further payment on name of settlement.They have now sent an email saying that connection will be suspended within 7 days and billing will happen till that date.
I am not receiving any internet service as my connection has already been suspended but still they are billing the charges.

Request your urgent attention in this matter as they are taking customer for granted and cheating them for their hard earned money.
