I subscribed to an internet pack of rs.15 on 17th january 2013, and I was able to use internet on my cell phone on same day. But on next day, 18-01-13, I was unable to access internet on mobile. Every time I tried to connect to the internet, a error message popped up, connection unavailable. I contacted cust. Care on 121, they told me to reset my network destinations n restart my cellphone, I DID the same but wasn't able to get rid of my problem. And today, it is 21-01-13, n I'M still not able to access internet. And its not the first time, I suffered from this problem many times. Don't know why, but every time I call customer care executive after my 1st call of the day, their answering machine replies all our customer care executives are busy, please call back after some time. I'm really frustrated now, neither my complaints are processed nor the amount of balance deducted is refunded... please help.. Was this information helpful? |
