Tata Docomo — internet connectivity issue

internet automatically disconnects within 10 to 15 minutes. Also Internet does connects in first attempt,i have to try minimum 5 to 6 times to get connected........its horrible......

my internet on mobile is not connecting and customer care dnt pick up my call..plz do solve it as soon as possible..
