[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Recharge Not Happening | |||
Hi, I made a recharge of Rs. 160 to Tata Docomo, the money has been deducted from my Bank Account, I have the Bank Transaction Details and other proofs against the company. The transaction happened on 20th June & the comany executive has also admitted that the company has recieved the money. Could you please help me in lodging a complaint against the company ? My amount is auto deducted i gave a complaint on 4th feb 2013 no response from Tata comapny........
