Tata Docomo — Activating services and wasting our money

I , Rumana Mushrif , Prepaid customer ..my mobile no [protected]...i have called many times to customer care to deactivate my
bollywood actress data usage since 3 months....they promise to deactivate but again i m loosing my balance Rs 5.each time
for it...i am really frustated bcoz o[censored]r improper service o[censored]r company..though i m customer of tata docomo for long time..and i dont even get refund for it...m really gonna tell dis on facebook..about ur bad service..no action is been taken for my complaint...so please do not waste everyones moneys...do improve ur service and train ur customer care..so that they dont just assure falsely....TATADOCOMO IMPROVE UR SERVICE.........DONT HARASS PEOPLE...DONT WASTE THEIR MONEY.........
