Tata Docomo — Money deducted, but talk time not recharged | |||
Can anyone help me with the customer care number of Docomo, 121 & the toll free number only gives instruction, but i want to talk directly with the customer care executives, Today I recharged Rs 161 through internet banking, but after that I found the amount was deducted,but I did not get the talk time of 400 minutes.I thought of talking to the cc executives, but dialing the customer care number did not help me a little bit. My name is S.Sreekumar and my mobile number is [protected]. I would like to bring into your notice that my balance is deducted from my account by activating some value added services without my concern. This is not the first time am losing my account balance. Every time am contacting the customer service executives and telling them about my complaints but they says that they are helpless. Now am fed up. At any cost, i must get my account balance re funded and also the 'DND' service is not at all activating after sending so many requests

Hi,i recharged for my docomo mobile no:[protected], on[protected] Rs 40 but still am not getting talk time, it's very fraud
and customer care people also they are disconecting my call. it's worst service.always it's fraud. pls respond docomo people.
