[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — My balance amount detection

I would like to share my complaint balance amount theft Tata DoCoMo.

This is my number [protected] TATA DOCOMO mobile no. I recharged Rs. 250/- , full talk time, as per their plan for Rs. 250/- recharge to get full talk time and 3G unlimited data plan, But I am used internet data cable through internet connection, I have recharged and used past 3 months Rs. 250 Plan. Every day my balance amount detected Rs.1. Rs. 2, Rs. 5, Rs. 60.57 etc… like this.

The amount has been detection happening every day in mid night. Sometimes detection happening in day also. My balance amount slowly was reduced. I monitor the detection amount past week and I called up on customer care department. The customer care people said that you subscribe some plan. But I am not subscribe any plan in mid night and day also.

I am not subscribe any plan. I am not download any game. But my balance amount always detection.

The Tata Domo people without any intimation detected my balance amount Rs.1. Rs. 2, Rs. 5, Rs. 7, Rs. 10 like this. But they are not sending any message for detection amount. I don’t know how much amount detected past 3 months. I am not checking the balance amount past 3 months. They have stolen from my prepaid account balance amount.

Suddenly one week monitor my balance amount. The Tata Docomo people detected my amount slowly. Beware the Tata Docomo really cheating Rs. 250 and free internet connection. They really detect our balance amount.

Again I called up on DOCOMO customer care department for my detection amount. But they are not response. Now I am not able to contact customer care. They are lock my customer care contact. Now I am unable to contact the customer care department.

Now I have recharged 2G data internet connection. Now I am using 2G data connection and monitoring balance amount.

I am going to log the complaint against Tata Docomo as per TRAI rules.

your service is very very bad. i dont like your service messages. your customer care officers was very poor and un responsible persons. iam very disappointed to your service

Tata Docomo — reduction of 5rs. everyday from account balance

I have been complaining the company about this act. But the company is ignoring it. Every day five rupees is been deducted from my account balance. Please take some serious actions against it.

Same happened with me!
First they used to automatically subscribe something and my 30 or 60 rs used reduce! When I complained they gave me my balance back but this was repeated many times.
And now balance gets reduced 1 rupee every mid night due to some rental charging!
I don't even have internet pack.
