[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction without activating any service | |||
Hi i m John Samuel Natekar from Nandurbar Maharashtra. i m using TATA DOCOMO Sim card since last 6 months. i had good service but since last 10 days they r deducting my balance without any information. i called to their customer care. They say that, u have activated such service but i haven't activated any of their services. Every time they send service messages & i simply delete it. then how can they say that u have activated such service. Today on 8th May 2011 they deduct my 10 Rs. without my knowledge. My number is ( [protected] ). Therefore i want to file a case against TATA DOCOMO.
