Tata Docomo — no response on call centre for sms facility blocked | |||
hi, This is to inform you that SMS incoming and outgoing has been blocked in my mobile number [protected]. i have contacted many Tata Docomo call centre executives who have no answer to my problem. After setting the msg centre number and various other settings including changing the phone and putting sim in their mobile, they were unable to come to a solution. i have registered the complaint with tata docomo a number of times, wherein i was informed that the company executives will call me and would solve my problem.
