i did a recharge of rs 26 successfully which gave 600MB of data for a validity of seven days. it worked fine for the first day , next day it completely stopped working. i called customer care care he asked to create apn once again and restart my phone. i did same but interent was still not working. soon after 2 mins a message pops up "you have unsubscribed from GPRS".
my internet got deactivated by itself. now that i am willing to reactivate it , no customer care is answering the phone cal , each and every time i get busy message and are asked to mail my complain at [protected]@tatadocomo.com , while no one responses there ever. Was this information helpful? |
