Tata Docomo — non receipt of talktime on recharge

i did a recharge of rs.99 (combo plan of data, talk time,tariff)- before 31 st march 2013.

u can see the online recharge page in the following link.

In the above link, under the combo vouchers tab, there is this combo plan of rs.99.
As per the benefits listed in the offer, i was supposed to get a talktime of rs.25, data of 750 mb, and tariff reduction for 30 days.
And i haven't received the the talktime yet.
i contacted the customer care and couldn't get a satisfactory explanation from them.

yes, i did the recharge of Rs.99.
And I have received the data and tariff reduction.NOT THE TALK TIME.When your customer care guy called, i clearly told him I haven't got the talk time of Rs.25.
