I have recharged my mobile with rs. 68 On Tata Docomo site. After when we start to talk on net My balance was deducting. I called to customer care about my problem. They replied this offer doesn't work on this area.so kindly I request to them refund money or balance.bcoz I recharged this plan on Tata Docomo official site. And there are no any t&c for this plan. THIS IS FOR ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE TAKEN THE PAINS TO REPORT THIS AGENCY ON THE NET.OUR LIFE IS SO BUSY AND WE HAVE ACTUALLY TRUSTED AGENCIES LIKE THESE AND HANDED OVER THE DEMANDED DEPOSITS. WE ARE REALLY IN NEED AND WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A SITUATION REQUIRING HIRED HELP WHEN THESE AGENCIES DUPE US. NATURALLY WE DO NOT HAVE THE TIME OR THE POSSIBILITY TO BRING THESE AGENCIES TO BOOK, IE :TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM. BUT, WHEN WE ARE OUT OF THE SITUATION AND WE HAVE TIME, WE SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.WE COULD START WITH DRAWING A CONTRACT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SIGN, FAILING WHICH LEGAL ACTION IS POSSIBLE. I KNOW, THE FIRST THING THAT COMES TO YOUR MIND IS THAT THEY WILL NOT AGREE. REMEMBER, THERE IS A FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING. AGENCIES LIKE THESE CHEAT US BECAUSE WE ALLOW THEM TO. IT'S ABOUT TIME THAT WE TAKE A STAND AGAINST THEM AND TURN THE SITUATION IN OUR FAVOR!!
