Tata Docomo — not reactivated outgoing after 36 hours | |
Sir,
I am using tata docomo service on my mobile no [protected] and facing no customer care service response.
On Monday, I have crosses sms limits and my service was barred as per TRAIs norms. I have contacted customer care service of tata docomo, on Monday at around 12 noon. The customer care service said that outgoing would be resumed in 8 hours however, the service not yet started after 38 hours. I have called the customer care more than five times but, they are asking me to wait another 8 hours.
I have seen worst experience with tata docomo. The company have no grivence with customers. Was this information helpful? | |
