My Tata Docomo No is [protected]. I have done online top up for 200 on 26th Jan 2013. But i did not receive it till now. I called customer care and asked two times. 1st times they said 48 hours, I waited. Then I didn't get. Then 2nd time I called, they said it would take 72 hours. But till now I didnot get that. Kindly take necessary action to resolve this issue.
