I ve tried online recharge in Tata Docomo website. Money was debited from the bank. But I didnt receive TopUp.Kindly return my money back to my Bank account. Its Better to do online recharges through other websites like justrechargeit.com. Because if some transaction failure occurs they immediately initiate refunding of money.

i tried to recharge my number [protected] twice using sbi internet banking.the amount was deducted (100+100)but the recharge failed
i still did'nt get the refund.please look into the matter

very bad service providing tata docomo ...to the custmers...not respending any complaints...this is very bad

I am sirisha. I was doing online recharge for 30RS using Tata Docomo online recharge facility around 4pm 26th july. The mobile number is [protected].
Then I entered my sbi Debit card details to do online payment. After submitting all the details the 30RS has been deducted from my account but mobile has not been recharged. MSBI[protected]IGK4748520 TRANSFER TO[protected]
Kindly look into this matter and either refund back my money into my account or recharge the mobile.
