Tata Docomo — online recharge not successful

dear sir,
today I recharged my [protected] through docomo wetsite via net banking ,and the recharge of rs 98 was succesful.,
but I have neither received any conformation msg on my number nor any data benefit is avail .
I called docomo care and they told me that their is not online recharge is done on my number,
now what I do.
pls sir do somthing .
there is 1/6 sec onnet+free sms on tata no.+ 1gb net.

Tata Docomo — Recharge Not successful

I recharged the my docomo number by rs 101 by using tata docomo official website and it is not sucessful. I logged the complaint aganist the same but the persons are telling that it will take 10 working days tata docomo complaint number is 232961.
Dear Sir/Madam,

Today I made online recharge to [protected] for Rs. 100. But this is not sucessful and this amount is deducted from my Bank account.

I tried another online recharge to [protected] for Rs. 111. This too not successfull and the amount is deducted.

Please check and get these amount recharged on these mobiles. If you cannot please refund the amount.

If online recharge worked well, this activity would have completed within 3 minutes, but now I am waiting for morethan a day for just recharge issue.

Please tell me when you will resolve this issue and how long it will take and how long should I wait ?

Docomo — Online Recharge not successful

I have recharged online through tata docomo website but still didnt got any recharge. Please resolve the issue soon. My number is [protected]. It was a message tarrif recharge.

dear sir,
due to above said inconvience, i have to activate rs 5 internet plan,

now pls do something sir.
docomo cheats their custmer,
and
its custmor care service is worst.
I recharged my mobile online from your site at 8:05 ASBI[protected]IGW8379685 TRANSFER TO[protected] is the transaction ID. 50 rupees from my account got deducted and my balance is nil. When I call your customer care they ask me to wait for 5-7 working days. Are you kidding me? I mean I need to wait for 7 days to receive balance on my mobile? I want it to be set ASAP.
