Tata Docomo — Outgoing call barred

I am using Tata Docomo post-paid connection (899 unlimited plan) from past 4 months. My docomo mobile no. is [protected]. I am regularly paying my bill on time.

Now my they blocked my number saying that “We have observed a commercial usage pattern on this number. This is not allowed as per the plan commitment hence services will be restricted.”

I am using my mobile number for personal use not for commercial purpose. As per my uses I took the unlimited calling plan and I used to call/sms only to my family and friend circle.

When I called to customer care everyone is providing different stories which they are not intimated in the time of taking this service. Finally I just contact to Tata Docomo outlet jayanagar 9th block, Bangalore and given the written application.

I logged complain to customer care, my complain number is[protected]. They told my service will resume in 4 hours. Also I sent the mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com

Still I unable to make outgoing call from my mobile, please help

This is with regard to the SIM from tata docomo[protected]. Recently my wife wanted to use the phone as I am currently out of station. She re-charged the phone (both Talk Time n Data). But this recharge didn't last more than a test call she did for confirming the recharge.

All of sudden without any notification the service was disconnected. She tried her best to contact the customer care, which was next impossible to talk to any. One of the customer care informed that we needed to submit the document again as their verification shows negative. As she is carrying now, and there is no Tata docomo office nearby, she asked if they can accept the scanned copy. The customer care said that its fine and we sent them scanned copy of photo as well as address proof (for both o[censored]s). But the service is still not active. All the customer care she spoke either didn't know what they were talking (giving different version) and bit arrogant too. Some even did not know that what is Data recharge used for.

Already almost a week is gone after the re-charge without any service being rendered. This simply shows the pathetic service who do not even bother to talk to their own customers.

Is there anyone from Tata docomo to look into the issue?
With Reference to the above assurance from the Tata docomo I would like to inform I have not got any call from the tata docomo and in addition to it my incoming calls are barred.
I am seriously wondering is there someone really looking into the complaint?

Please be informed that your number is permanently disconnected due to non usage of Rs.100 since 6 months and we request you to purchase a new connection alternatively

Nice to reply from Tata Docomo Customer Care. However, I am very surprised about the statements written. I have said it clearly that the connection was not used and there had been numerous calls made to customer care to resolve the issue. All gave contradictory statements. If the connection can not be re-established, can't it be conveyed to the customer rather than bluntly disconnecting it without giving any notice.

Also, the re-charge was done this month for both talk time and data. If we need to take new connection what happens to the money we spent? Is this how Tatas (and rest of the companies) work to make profit ? Our media projects only when government entities make corruption because they don't project all these lapses in private corporates which is nothing less than corruption.

None from customer care contacted us with regard to this, shows how much they care for their own customers. They have our email addresses.

I have ported my number [protected] from Idea to tata docomo recently. But the outgoing call is barred. When I tried to reach customer care support they say the sim is activated and we see nothing. I re-confirmed the issue by inserting the same in different cell phone. The problem still persists. I am not getting any timely support from the service provider. Please help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

this is hepening for so many users now.
This is regarding correction of my mobile no. which i entered it should be [protected]
Exactly Same problem happening to me also.Today (Sep 28, 2013) my out going call also barred because of same reason.I am also using 899 unlimited plan.Please tell me that what I can do to resolve this problem
Still my number is not yet resume. so i suggested to you go for any other services. Tata Docomo is worst company ever I seen.

I am also facing the same problem as Ravi ranjan mentioned above.
I am using Tata Docomo post-paid connection from past 2 months (899 unlimited plan) . My docomo mobile no. is [protected]. I have paid the bill on right time.
Now they have blocked my number without any pre-alert saying that “We have observed a commercial usage pattern on this number. This is not allowed as per the plan commitment hence services will be restricted.”
They are not registering any complaint regarding this. They did not inform me before blocking the number.
I am using my mobile number for personal use not for commercial purpose. As per my uses I took the unlimited calling plan and I used to call only to my family and friend circle.
When I called to customer care everyone is providing different stories which they are not intimated in the time of taking this service. They are saying my number will be permanently blocked.

I am closed my outgoing on lost my handset with my [protected] tata docomo mobile number.
Then I am replace my same number on docomo.
I want to start my outgoing calls again.
