I have created a prepaid account on TATA Docomo website. I have forgotten the password. When I clicked forgot password link, it is asking for hint question and mothers maiden name. I forget to activate my account after registration using first code sent by SMS. and now when I am trying forgot password option it saying contact customer care. but customer care agent saying they can recover my password as it's secret. pls help me to recover my password., my no. is [protected] waiting for solution.

This is to inform you that as per your request SIM block has been done. Also be informed that you need to visit Tata Docomo outlet with passport size photograph along with your proof of identity and proof of address to purchase duplicate SIM, and the cost of duplicate SIM is Rs.49. And also be informed that as per the process we would unable to refund the amount of Rs. 49.
