[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Password recovery. | |||
Hi, I have my Tata Docomo prepaid account on www.tatadocomo.com... a weeks before, I tried several time to open my account and every time it said incorrect password, I clicked on forgot password link, it asked me the security question and when I gave the answer it was again incorrect. And now when I remembered my password and tried to log in then it showed "Your Id has been locked as you have exceeded maximum number o[censored]nsuccessful attempts.". My Docomo user-name is [protected] And my e-mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com Please help me by sending my new password to my phone number or e-mail ID mentioned above.... Waiting for solution.
