Tata Docomo — bad customer service and unable to provide recharge amount | |||
Hello All, My name is Jerry Thomas. I am customer of tata docomo from maharastra. I made a recharge of 62 as shown below to lower my std bill as per the topup i shud get a call rate of 2p/3sec and that is valid for a time span of 90days and i made this recharge on 17th august 2011 thru my bank and it worked for one month and after one month they started charging me 1p/sec and when i called the customer care at first they dont know abt the plan and its validity and when i told them its written on there website and i have recharged after looking at the same they said that there server is down and then the nextday i started calling them whenever i ask them abt my plan and why am i getting charged everytime more there server goes down i called them many times however the response was same and the customer service is more pathetic there customer service agents dont know how to speak to customer its seems that i have went to some sabji mandi where atleast the person selling his product know's about the product and know how to address there customer Now after a month i made recharge of 410rs on which i shud have got 450rs balance and i made this recharge on 27th september 2011 and i got a balance of 370rs and when i called the customer care these guys dont even know that this kind of recharge even exist and when i told them that this is what is said on docomo website they said that they dont know abt it and when i asked to connect to there floor leader they got me connected and the floor leader said that there server is down and whatever balance is cut wud be send back to the account now its almost 2hrs now and still i havent recieved the balance so i made call to the customer care they r again telling the same thing again that there service is down and floor leader was in so rush that he is not even ready to explain what happened on my recharge is thereany complaint that they made or anything. "Its absolutely pathetic customer service where the agents that sits there dont even know about there product and there communication also is very pathetic and on top of it everytime their servers r down i dont understand how they r runing there service when so many times there server is down. I understand once in a blue moon there servers are down but not everytime when u ask them anything and they dont know there servers goes down ".
