Tata Docomo — Porting | |||
HI , My name is pradeep kamireddy . I ported my number [protected] on nov 7 2013 . i paid all the balance amount to docomo. I called customer care like more than 50 times in that month every time they said number is going to ported but it didnt ported . They taken three complaint against this porting. They gave no information why porting has bees cancelled. And they ask me to port my number again so i try to prot my number on 27th November. which is cancelled again but they are sending me bill for my number . I asked them why they cancelled my number if they said my number didnt ported at least i may used my number and i can pay that month bill. But without using i have to pay my bill and they cancelled my ougoing and they send next month bill as well . Till now they didnt gave me proper reason why they didnt ported my number . But they keep on sending mails and messege about the bill. Recently they send me lawyer notice regarding this and i got a call form legal department i explianed them clearly what happened . they suggested me to call customer care but they still didnt give me proper reason about my porting. And they still got my deposit amount of 850 rs in dococmo. please help me . Thanking you Was this information helpful? | |||
