[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo Postpaid Connection — Amount charged for Java Game Pack

I have purchased the New TATA DOCOMO connection in the month of Nov 2010 and in Nov Billing I have been charged for Rs 396 for downloading Java Game Pack.

At first instance I haven't downloaded the Java Game pack and I have been following up with customer care about this and Docomo team is unable to justify the downloads. I have been asking for the downloaded list and they are unable to tell me the list.

Why should I download games from Dive In Portal at first instance? There are plenty of free games available on Internet today for mobile.

I would not be paying this amount to the company. I suggest all the billers to check their bills appropriately to make sure there are no hidden charges for surprise.

hey praveen i exactly know how you are feeling because i have been using the number of docomo for quite a while now and have been using the gprs services frequently.

But recently on jan 14 there has been a deduction of rs.99/- towards the jave game: games value pack, and on the same day there again a deduction of rs.31/-. on the same day i have launched a complaint via email, and got a reply saying that the problem will be resolved by 18 jan. even today i.e 17th jan there has been a deduction of rs.73/- for the same reason. i couldnt find the reason for the deduction because i didnt use the divein sevise of the tata docomo, all i did was subscribe for a 3 day gprs pack of 15/- and used the gprs via android market.

i hope that the problem will be resolved by 18th jan as they had said.

Why should I pay amount to DOCOMo for faulty billing or faulty SIM activation codes to customer. It looks there is a technical glitch with DOCOMO and never would like to resolve the issue and to cover up this issue all they tell to customer is you must have used DIVE-IN services.

Docomo billing is very pathetic and same with customer care too. Any queries we ask about billing the Parrot answer is " We have verified with our backend/billing team" and have charged you appropriately. They will never towards resolving the issue.

I have been fighting with customer care since 2 months about billing issue. Don't be surprised if your issue is not resolved.

There will be no action taken from any authorities.
