Tata DoCoMo Postpaid — Huge bill

I took two postpaid connections on a single name. I have activated 3g plan (199) on both sims. After 15 days i got a bill of 3886.
When i called customer care they said i have used 4gb of data in 2 days. I am shocked .
My credit limit on one sim is 2000 but how come they allow above my credit limit. So now i am not able to pay 3886 and even i tried to call them they are not responding.

Please help me.
