Tata DoCoMo / Prepaid — unwanted Deduction

I have ported in from uninor to docomo, with expectations, we have 4 numbers got into docomo from uninor, but the first day itself they deducted Rs.3 for breaking news, and i cancelled it by calling to 198. disappointed, that doesnt stops there. today morning i got sms that Rs.20 have been activated for GPRS 750 MB, which i have not activated, by prepaid balance got deducted. when i asked 121, 198, they said i have activated it. but i do not use GPRS in mobile, for which i have been charged, please credit back Rs.20 in my account of mobile number [protected] (TN circle), We had excellent relationship with uninor, not an single rupee had been deducted without our knowledge , in all 4 numbers. But now i feel, i have made mistake by opting for docomo. credit back the Rs,20 which i have not opted.

I do not want any VAS SMS, or message displayed in my number

Mdeals Rs.30 got activated on same day, at 5.21 pm(07/09/12)

The weird thing is i have already been got activated GPRS without my consent on 4/9/12, with days validity, am i fool to again activate GPRS on 7/9/12, which i have not used an single byte, i never ever browse net in mobile, i complained to 198 on 7/9/12 on second GPRS pack deduction, while my first complaint is in process,

the same evening at 5.21 pm i got another Rs.30 got deducted for Mdeals pack, i dont want any of VAS from docomo, i was happy user in uninor for about an year, within 2-3 weeks after shifting to docomo, i lost my money about Rs.70, I need this Rs.70 back, and i do not want to receive any more VAS,
give me the nodal officer email, or appelatte authority, so that i can escalate this matter, by whatever means possible, by facebook, twitter etc. I have raised the complaint of facebook, but no response from your side, i think you will just reply only when anyone praises your network.

these are sms i got from docomo after activation, on4/9/12, the balance was about Rs.183, after receiving the GPRS SMS, the balance had gone down to Rs.163, again on 7/9/12, after getting GPRS STV 20 sms, the balance got down to Rs.143. on 7/9/12.

we use STV 198 to make calls(almost local calls), so the main balance will be reserved for STD calls/SMS. but we often use only local calls
Still no result for my complaint?, I think Docomo is not serious is accepting and resolving complaints, it just wants money
The complaint have been resolved through online chat of customer care of docomo, though they took time, for about 3 weeks, but the complaint have been resolved, and amount fully refunded, one by one. Thanks for serious customer care representatives, who took care on my complaints, the persons in chat session on docomo is helpful, unlike those in 121 or 198,
