[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo Prepay — Balance Deductions | |||
Respected Concern, I am Rahul Chitale. My Tata Docomo mobile number is +91-[protected]. I am using Tata Docomo Prepay service since more than 2.5 years. Since last few days a service called " WWESUB " is automatically been activated on my mobile phone and Rs. 3 are being charged per day. Since I noticed this I contacted customer care through Online Chat Session from Tata Docomo website and they returned me Rs. 3 back and also deactivated the service WWESUB. But still the same service is automatically activated everyday on my phone and Rs. 3 are being charged. Every morning I used to chat with Tata Docomo representative for the same issue. Everyday they assure that the service " WWESUB " is permanently deactivated and won't again activate on my phone. But same happens everyday. Its very very irritating for me. I don't want my Rs. 3 since I think Tata Docomo is in great need of those 3 rupees but don't want that irritating service " WWESUB ". I wan't permanent deactivation of the service and my balance deductions. I am afraid of Tata Docomo and totally dissatisfied with the service offered and if this issue is not solved permanently then I would prefer to port out of Tata Docomo. Finally after many days my problem is solved. I thank you very much for deactivating the " WWESUB " service from my mobile phone. The fact is that I love Tata Docomo network because of providing good services and fair plans. That's why I don't like when such things happen with Tata Docomo. I expect good experience with Tata Docomo and that's what I am getting from last 2.5 years. Once again thanks for resolving this issue.
