I applied for Pre2Post migration of my number [protected] 3weeks back also submitted all the documents but i got message that i haven't submitted the documents when i ask same the person to whom i given the documents he returned the documents to me saying he is unable to convert. So i asked customer support for the help and they suggest go near docomo outlet and submit the documents i did that also last week but still no result when i went their outlet today they are saying we can't say when it will active?
