I have done rate cutter for rs.35 i.e 1p/6 sec on net calls,but still i am charging at regular rates.I have called customer care more than 3 times and they said they will resolve within half hour it is nearly 6 days i am facing the problem.I told if the problems continues i will port my number they responded go ahead such a poor service and reply...
