I am using TATA DOCOMO service. before doing the prepaid recharge, i called the help line number and he guided me to do the the recharge of
Rs 94. The exceutive told me the different plan and the plan actually was different. so i did the complain to there noodle desk they called me back and said that the exceutive had given wrong info and sorry for the inconvenience caused and we have taken the action on him. but are not ready to refund the money. the complaint number they given to me is PGSR09377377. my mob number is 9960557514
