[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Recharge of Rs 129 discontinued just in three months. | |||
I recharged for Rs 129 on 07th Jan through online recharge.The site was saying that the benefits for Rs 129 recharge are- All India calls @ 1p/ 2secs. (30p/ min.) for 180 days validity. 129 Local/STD calls mins, 30 days validity. First, I didn't get 129 mins deposited to my account. I called the customer care for the same they are simply saying that the plan has changed but it is not updated in the site so they can't do anything. Now I am being charged according to the regular plan i.e 60p/min. This is how Tata docomo is dealing with the customers. And also I want to let you know that the worst customer care I have seen till now is Tata Docomo customer care. If I call and ask anything on any issue, customer care executives are simply giving some lame excuses and disconnecting the call. I dont want this plan to be activated since I waited two days and had to pay again to activate the plan again. I want to get a resolution to my problem. My Phone number is [protected].
