Tata Docomo — Recharge offer not activated | |||
Hi, I have recharged my tata docomo number by online recharge offer from www.tatadocomo.com. Recharge was for Rs 199 and plan written in the site is 500 mins STDLocal free for 28days transaction id MHDF[protected] But I got the offer as local docomo calls free for 2500mins,which is not at all required for me.I opted the plan for STD use and got for local docomo usage. When I called customer care service to check about my offer ,i got a really bad response from them. They are not supposed to refund the amount and said that all the plans are changing and its under process.If that is the case then why they have updated their site.Customers are not fools.They dint even provide the reference Id for the call. Attaching the offer mentioned in docomo site. Please help me to get my money refunded and take action for the irresponsible service provided by docomo. Was this information helpful? | |||
