[Resolved] Tata Docomo — recharge related | |||
My Number is [protected] i m also suffering this scheme 222 which is only cheating from TATA DOCOMO side I came to know from Local Recharge Dealer and tata docomo website that Rs 222 recharge scheme is not having validity limitation..Moreover it will give us half rate of Local and STD call.. i asked him to recharge then.. Both are not true... i m being charged full rate for local and got sms of validity of 30 days. now what can be done with this scheme.. my usage is not so much that i could consume whole Rs 222 how to update this scheme to normal TOP-UP so i can use this talk time as normal... i do not want any half rate option... Please Do the Needful as soon as possible... i m trying 121 many times.. no representative .... is picking my phone... Was this information helpful? | |||

Yesterday (25th June 2015) i had recharged for 3g internet pack of Rs. 189 via online and i got a confirmation message from DOCOMO (Recharge Transaction ID : DSBI[protected]) . So i used 3g data, today when i checked my balance my balance reduced from Rs 116 to Rs 0 and my 3g data pack offer is not in my bonus account. Let me say this is not the first time it happened. Now i had lost Rs 305 .
Please look into it.

i want to FILE A COMPALINT that recently i made a recharge of rs.23 sms pack.
As per the scheme first 3sms costs 60paise per sms after which 97sms are
free. but even after recharging 30paisa was being charged for all sms.
when i lodged a complaint in nearby docomo care they said that the
problem will be solved within sometime. but the problem doesn't got
solved even after the complaint. when i later contacted them they said
that rs.61 recharge pack is already activated in your mobile and
refilled my a/c with rs.30.and said that rs.61 pack will be over after
one month. sir note that i have never made a recharge of rs.61 then how
it got activated in my a/c. and the problem still persists. sir
plz...take any action against your employees who are just wasting my
time..and find a proper solution for my problem.
